Location. The Hyatt Regency Philadelphia at Penn's Landing is nestled among Federal, Colonial and Georgian homes. The property is located along the Delaware River in the historic Society Hill neighborhood of Philadelphia, Pa. The Liberty Bell and Independence Hall are one mile from the hotel. The Philadelphia Art Museum is three miles away.
