Location. Ideal for golf enthusiasts, Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate, Fla., is located within two Greg Norman designed golf courses. The hotel is less than five miles from the entrance of Walt Disney World and surrounding theme parks. Guests are 16 miles from Universal Studios and 18 miles from downtown Orlando.
Hotel Features. Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate offers guests a 15 acre recreation area and 850 foot "river" where guests may lazily meander through towering palm trees, tunnels and gentle rapids. A golfer's heaven, the resort is the world headquarters of the David Leadbetter Golf Academy and offers 36 holes of championship golf. Traveling families enjoy a video game arcade, two lighted tennis courts and a family activity pool with water slides. The hotel health club offers advanced weight training equipment and cardiovascular machines. A vast array of dining options include sake and sushi at Zen, Italian garden dining at Trevi's, and sports bar ambiance at David's Club. A poolside bar offers frosty cocktails to sunbathing guests, and the Lobby Bar allows guests to meet for cocktails after busy afternoons. The hotel spa offers specialty massages, exfoliating body wraps and hydrating facials. Guests may also experience aromatherapy scalp treatments and manicures with lavender caviar beads. Other guest services include shuttle service to theme parks, room service, high speed Internet access, a 24 hour business center and valet parking.
Guestrooms. Welcoming guestrooms feature pale yellow and powder blue accents and overstuffed furniture. Guests enjoy scenic views of the golf courses or gardens and complimentary, high speed Internet access. Other amenities include on demand digital movies, fluffy bathrobes and feather pillows.
